Return & Refund Policy

At Radhey Shyam Sweets, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the perishable nature of sweets and food products, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure fairness and hygiene.

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for taste preference or change of mind.

  • Products once delivered cannot be returned unless they meet the conditions stated below.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return, replacement, or refund request.

  • The video must:

    • Be continuous and unedited

    • Clearly show the package opening and the issue

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for return or refund.

  • To raise a request, contact us via phone or email with order details and supporting proof.

Refund & Replacement Process

  • Once your request is verified, we will:

    • Arrange a replacement, OR

    • Issue a refund, depending on the situation and availability

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control

  • Orders with incorrect address or delivery refusal by the customer

  • Bulk or custom orders (unless damaged or incorrect)

Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • Bulk, corporate, or customized orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

  • Exceptions apply only in cases of damaged or incorrect delivery with valid proof.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.

  • Incorrect or refused COD orders may lead to restriction on future COD purchases.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
